A vigorous climber (to 20 feet or more). Actually a rambler rose, not
a true climbing rose. White and pink flowers with a crisp fragrance. Continuous
blooming from early summer into late fall (prune in the late summer).
The plant depicted here is one year old -- gratification doesn't get much more instant. The top cluster of flowers is, amazingly, about 16 feet from the ground, and already provides color in the second-story window. The rose to the right is climbing Cecille Brunner. |
